RULES AND REGULATIONS
Please make yourself aware and respect the regulations stated below - it is the only way we can continue to do this.
g e n e r a l :
Wristbands must be worn ON YOUR WRIST at all times. If you have a weekend pass and plan to re-enter, please keep your wristband on your wrist.
No entry without a valid ticket.
Respectful Conduct - Zero Tolerance for harassment, threats, or violence. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Respect fellow riders and volunteer staff.
Revving, music, and any other loud noises must end by 11pm unless in designated areas.
Violations of these rules may result in Ejection from the event, Confiscation of passes or wristbands, and Involvement of local law enforcement. We reserve the right to ask anyone to exit the premises at any time for any reason.
F O O D A N D D R I N K S :
Outside food not permitted - we will have plenty of food vendors and snacks onsite, and we would like to support them as much as possible.
Water bottles, tumblers, canisters, etc. are permitted - what’s in your cup is not our business. Please be respectful of that.
P E T S :
PETS ALLOWED - PLEASE KEEP THEM LEASHED.
Aggressive and unrestrained pets will be asked to exit the premises immediately.
V E H I C L E R E G U L A T I O N S :
No stunts, burnouts, or racing on event grounds.
Ride respectfully - obey signage and please obey volunteer directions.
Park only in designated areas - our volunteers will direct you at the gate.
Do not block emergency access lanes.
A C C O M M O D A T I O N S :
Event will be closed from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please exit the premises when announced.
No Fires or Grills permitted
Please use provided trash bins and recycling containers located throughout.
Generators are only allowed by concession staff and food vendors.
P r o h i b i t e d i t e m s :
including but not limited to:
Illegal drugs or substances
Firearms and weapons (unless explicitly allowed by local law and event policy)
Glass containers
Drones (unless approved media)
Outside food
S A F E T Y & E M E R G E N C I E S :
Medics / First Aid are located near the Flat Track Racing Arena.
In case of emergency, dial 911 and alert rally staff immediately.
